Peter Andre has revealed that Princess Tiaamii, his daughter with Katie Price, doesn’t like her name.

In the same week that Katie announced, somewhat controversially, that she's calling her new 6-week-old daughter Bunny, her ex Peter has said that Katie's eldest daughter doesn't want to be called Princess any more – and has a new aversion to the colour pink.

"Princess is telling me she doesn’t want me to call her Princess and she doesn’t like the colour pink. All of a sudden, she wants everything blue," Peter told Magic FM's Jo Parkerson.

When their daughter, now 7, was born, Peter and Katie said they chose the first part of her name because she was "our princess". And then Peter came up with Tiaamii himself by combining his mother's name (Thea) with Katie's mother's name (Amy).

"Katie always loved the name Princess but everyone thought it was a bit over the top," he told OK! Magazine in 2007.

"I loved it too but I wanted to name her after both our mums. Then I just woke up one morning and thought, 'I know! We’ll just put them together! If people don’t like it, that’s up to them.'"

Princess' sudden dislike of her regal-sounding name comes just as we learned that her new half-sister Bunny only narrowly avoided having a regal-sounding name herself.

"I wanted to call her Duchess Kate or just Duchess, but Kieran didn’t like that," Katie said. "I love Duchess Kate, though, so I've told Kieran that, if we have another daughter, that will be her name! I think it goes well with Princess."

Sounds like Princess has other ideas, though! What do you think of Princess or Duchess as a baby name? Let us know in the comments below...
