It's a Wonderful Life
Here's a movie that needs no introduction. It's a Wonderful Life is a Christmas classic that's sure to melt even the iciest heart. Be sure to have your tissues at the ready as you follow the story of George Bailey, as he sacrifices his own needs for the needs of others.

Wonka
Timothée Chalamet is simply on a roll. His 2023 movie musical Wonka is coming out on Sky Cinema on 6th December and tells the backstory of one of Roald Dahl's most beloved characters, Willy Wonka, from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
It's a great choice for fans of musicals and fans of Roald Dahl - two things which, more often than not, are synonymous.
Love Actually
Another (mostly) feel-good rom-com has made it to our list, and of course, it's Love Actually. Gasping over that moment with the gold necklace is now as much a part of Christmas as carving the turkey. This is an ideal date night movie to be enjoyed once the kids have gone to bed.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire
They've battled humans, they've battled each other, but now it's time for Godzilla and King Kong to join forces and battle a great evil that has been hidden deep within the planet.
This 2024 blockbuster came out in March and will be coming to Sky Cinema on 20th December, along with many other Sky Cinema releases in the final month of 2024.

Elf
Only a cotton-headed ninny muggins would skip watching Elf on Christmas! Will Ferrell's iconic Buddy the Elf is a key part of Christmas, and this movie is perfect for both kids and adults seeking some Christmas joy.
The Polar Express
Audiences may remain divided on The Polar Express, but there's no arguing that it's a Christmas classic.
Based on Chris Van Allsburg's children's book, the 2004 film follows a young boy who journeys to the North Pole on board a magical train. Throughout his adventures with the conductor and his fellow passengers, he learns all about belief and wonder.
