Specialising in parenting and travel (although no expert at combining the two!), Christy McGhee has been a journalist for 20 years and a parent for 9. As MadeForMums' Head of Consumer Content, she works with a talented team of parenting experts both in the office and at home (her mini testers are 2, 7 and 9 years old).
From pushchairs and sterilisers to nappies and car seats, she has a passion for helping mums and dads find the right products for their family. This includes creating honest reviews that leave no stone unturned, and well-researched Best Buy articles that cover the latest products on the market, tried and tested by the team. Having navigated the overwhelming choices of baby and toddler products herself, her aim is to help each parent work out the best essential buys for them as their family grows. With baby no.3 born in 2020, she’s never short of testers to help with her research!
As a travel journalist, she has contributed to a number of publications including Conference & Incentive Travel, Luxury Travel, Boundless, Cruise Critic and Spa Secrets.
