Award-winning editor Susie has been working in parenting journalism for more than 15 years, editing BBC Parenting and Practical Parenting magazine before launching MadeForMums in 2009. With a lively daughter and even livelier twin boys, Susie draws on her own experiences, trials and errors to bring an honest and candid approach to MadeForMums. She has a background in biochemistry and science journalism, and likes to uncover the evidence behind parenting advice and recommendations and create accurate and honest articles, so that parents can feel confident about the choices they’re making – particularly when it comes to buying stuff. She is still working hard on her aim to be a brilliantly imperfect parent.
