MFM Awards 2024 Winners — Baby and toddler feeding and weaning products
From toddler and baby foods, highchairs, bibs, cups and tableware, these are the best feeding and weaning products that our expert judges and parent testers really rated
Watching your child take their first steps into weaning, from exploring new flavours to getting to grips with a cup or spoon, can be a hugely exciting milestone. And although getting food to mouth – rather than the floor! – can take time, we’ve tested products in a huge range of feeding and weaning categories to help along the way.
Baby and toddler food and snacks, bibs, highchairs, booster seats, cups, cutlery, food processors and weaning sets were all tried and tested by real-life families. The MadeForMums judging panel then paired this feedback with insights from our guest paediatric dietician judges, who scrutinised ingredients lists, checked their nutritional value, evaluated textures and portion sizes and taste-tested a whole range of baby and toddler food.
If you're about to start your weaning journey, or are looking for products that will make mealtimes run more smoothly, these are the products for you.

Gold – Kendamil Classic Follow-on Milk, £12
Why it’s a winner: Kendamil Classic Follow-on Milk is made using whole milk fats rom Red Tractor farms in the Lake District, using a recipe that’s unique to the brand. Parent testers reported positive reactions from their babies, and those who tasted it themselves thought it was "pleasantly creamy in flavour." The milk is also reassuringly free from palm oil and fish oils, alongside being certified vegetarian, kosher and halal, making it an accessible choice for many families. As well as being a quality, tasty product, our judges also liked that it is British-made from a family owned and operated small business with under 180 employees. Plus, with a price that works out at 6p a scoop, it also offers great value for money.
In the words of parent tester Jessica, who tested this with their 9 month old: "Overall a great product that we will continue to purchase. The quality compared to the price is brilliant. A bonus is that the formula contains whole milk fats and does not contain any palm oils."
