- 1tsp unsalted butteror plant-based spread
- ½ applepeeled or finely diced
- 25g porridge oats
- 25g blueberries
Method
step 1
Melt the butter or dairy-free spread in a saucepan.
step 2
Add the apple and sauté for 2 minutes.
step 3
Add the remaining ingredients.
step 4
Stir over the heat until the porridge is bubbling and the blueberries have softened. Serve.
