  • 1 Red skinned apple
  • 60ml Full fat yoghurt

    Method

    • step 1

      Peel, core and slice the apples and put in a microwaveable dish with two tablespoons water. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until the fruit is tender. OR cook in a small pan on the hob, covered for 5 minutes until soft.

    • step 2

      Puree the fruit until smooth then cool.

    • step 3

      Stir the yogurt into the cold apple, then mix well. Serve straight away or chill until required.

    Tips

    Why not try using pear instead of apple?
