Add a dollop of this 3-fruit puree to natural yoghurt for a healthy breakfast or pudding, suitable for babies from 6 months

- 4tbsp Water
- 1 Whole eating applepeeled and chopped
- 750g Dried apricotschopped into small pieces
- 1 Pearpeeled and chopped
Method

Add the water to a large saucepan and add the apple and apricots. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 or 4 minutes.

Stir in the chopped pear and simmer for a couple more minutes.

Wait to cool and puree in a blender.
step 4
Stir fruit purees into plain yoghurt for a delicious healthy pudding for babies or grown-ups.
