  • A bunch of fresh basil
  • 2tbsp Parmesan
    grated
  • 125ml Olive oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic
    crushed (optional)

    Method

    • step 1

      Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined.

    • Store in the fridge for up to a week.
    • Serve with hot or cold pasta.
    • For a milder pasta sauce, stir into melted soft cheese.
