More vegging out this week with the likes of courgette, cauliflower and kale putting in a first appearance alongside familiar friends such as carrot and butternut squash. For some subtle flavour notes, add garnishes of thyme and basil. Plus there's a fruity treat with orchard puree, which blends apple, cherry and peach.
