  • 1tbsp Baby rice
  • 3tbsp Baby's usual milk
    warmed or cold

    Method

    • step 1

      Add 1 level tablespoon of baby rice to a clean bowl.

    • step 2

      Mix in 3 tablespoons of your baby's usual milk. The milk can be cold, if your baby is used to drinking cold milk, or pre-warmed.

    • step 3

      Stir in until you have a smooth consistency.

    • step 4

      Make sure you serve within 30 minutes of preparing.

    • If the rice mix is too thin, add a little more rice. If too thick, add a little more milk.
