Cheesy potato and cauliflower gratin

- 150g Cauliflowerchopped
- 200g Potatoespeeled and diced
- 40g Unsalted butter
- 250ml Baby's usual milk
- 25g Plain flour
- 75g Cheesegrated
Method

Place the cauliflower and potatoes in a pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for around 15 minutes until tender.

While they are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Stir slowly until a paste forms. Whisk in the milk and then simmer for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Stir in the cheese, reserving a little, and vegetables.

Place the mixture in an oven-proof dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cook under a medium grill until golden (about 10 minutes).

Mash to the required consistency.

- This dish can be made with a variety of vegetables, such as broccoli and courgettes.
