Chicken with sweet potato, swede and carrots

- 1 Chicken breast
- ½ Sweet potatopeeled and diced
- ⅓ swedepeeled and finely diced
- 1 Carrotpeeled and diced
Method
step 1
Bake the chicken fillet in the oven until cooked through.
step 2
Steam the vegetables until tender and finely chop the cooked chicken.
step 3
Blend the chicken and vegetables together to form a smooth puree, using some of the steaming water to adjust the consistency.
