
Fruity chicken noodles

- 70g Red peppersliced
- 70g Green peppersliced
- 70g Mangopeeled and sliced
- 70g Chicken breastthinly sliced
- 70g Pineapplesliced
- 1tbsp Olive oil
- A pinch of Chinese 5 spice powder
- 70g Fine egg noodles
Method
step 1
Add the oil to a wok or large frying pan. Once hot, add the chicken and brown for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the noodles.
step 3
Add the fruit, vegetables and spice to the chicken, and stir fry for around five minutes, making sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Drain the noodles, chop into small pieces and serve with the chicken and vegetables.
