  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 120ml Milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • ½tsp Vanilla essence

    Method

    • step 1

      Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    • step 2

      Pour the mixture into ramekins and bake at 160C/325F/Gas mark 3 for 15-20 minutes.

    • step 3

      The custard is cooked through when a knife inserted into the centre of a ramekin comes out clean.
