  • 3 Whole sweet pears
  • 1 Nectarine
  • 4tsp Baby rice
  • 50ml Baby's usual milk

    Method

    • step 1

      Peel, core and slice the pears. Place in a microwavable dish with a little water, cover and microwave until tender, or cook in water on the stove. Drain and leave to cool.

    • step 2

      Peel the nectarine, remove the stone and chop.

    • step 3

      Liquidise the pear, nectarine, baby rice and milk together to form a smooth puree.

    • Egg Free, Gluten Free and Vegetarian.
    • You can adjust the texture by adding more or less milk.
