Pear and nectarine creamy dessert

- 3 Whole sweet pears
- 1 Nectarine
- 4tsp Baby rice
- 50ml Baby's usual milk
Method
step 1
Peel, core and slice the pears. Place in a microwavable dish with a little water, cover and microwave until tender, or cook in water on the stove. Drain and leave to cool.
step 2
Peel the nectarine, remove the stone and chop.
step 3
Liquidise the pear, nectarine, baby rice and milk together to form a smooth puree.
