  • 100ml Baby's usual milk
  • 3tbsp Baby rice
  • 2 drops Vanilla essence

    Method

    • step 1

      Heat the milk in a pan until hot.

    • step 2

      Add the baby rice and whisk until the mixture is smooth and lump free.

    • step 3

      Remove from the heat. Add the vanilla and stir well.

    • step 4

      Serve warm or cold.

    1. Egg Free, Gluten Free and Vegetarian.
    2. If you have a little more time to cook and want a more textured rice pudding, add a little cooked pudding rice and blend until the lumps are small and soft.
