Smoked haddock and mash

- 150g Un-dyed, smoked haddock
- 150ml Milk
- 150g Potatocubed
- 100g Sweet potatocubed
- 1 Leekvery finely chopped
- 10g Unsalted butter
- 30g Cheddar cheesegrated
Method
step 1
Place the fish in a small saucepan. Pour over the milk. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and then simmer, partly covered, for about 10 minutes until the fish is cooked.

Remove the fish from the pan and mash it with a fork, removing any bones. Set the milk to one side.
step 3
Cook the potatoes and leek for 15 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with some of the remaining milk, butter and cheese.

Stir in the flaked fish.
