Sweet and sour chicken

- 250g Skinless chicken filletdiced into small chunks
- 1tbsp Vegetable oil
- ½ Red pepper
- ½ Green pepper
- 3 Green beans
- ½tbsp Corn flour
- 2tbsp Reduced salt soy sauce
- ½tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- ½tsp Ground ginger
- ½ Clove of garlic(optional)
Method
step 1
Heat the oil in a wok and add the chicken until thoroughly browned.

Add the peppers, beans and garlic and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.

In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, corn flour, vinegar and ginger.
step 4
Add to the wok and bring to the boil.
step 5
Simmer for a couple of minutes and serve.
