  • 225g Sweet potato
    chopped
  • 350ml Whole milk
  • 100g Cauliflower
  • 40g Frozen sweetcorn
  • 40g Cheese
    grated

    Method

    • step 1

      Heat milk and sweet potato in a saucepan, then bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

    • step 2

      Add small florets of cauliflower and cook for a further 10 minutes.

    • step 3

      Add sweetcorn and cook for 5 more minutes before removing from heat.

    • step 4

      Stir in grated cheese, then blend to the right consistency for your baby.

    Combine with cooked pasta before blending for a younger baby, or serve as a sauce on chopped pasta for older babies and toddlers.
