Natasha Hamilton: 'My pregnancy panic attacks'
Atomic Kitten singer is expecting 4th child but finding pregnancy much harder this time round
Natasha Hamilton expected her 4th pregnancy to be a breeze – after all, she's been there 3 times before – but she’s actually found she's having her first ever panic attacks.
The 31-year-old Big Reunion star says she reckons the attacks of anxiety are due to the "surges of hormones and not quite knowing what to do".
"It's really bad timing," she's admitted. "You just have to try to focus and calm yourself down, try to get over it and learn, so that next time you're more prepared."
The 5-months-pregnant Atomic Kitten singer is expecting a baby girl with 5ive’s Ritchie Neville in September.
"I've had lots of sickness, severe tiredness and raging hormones," she told new! magazine. "I thought ‘Oh, number four will be doddle’, but no, it's been the hardest."
