Ian 'H' Watkins becomes a dad to twin boys
The former Steps singer and his partner Craig Ryder are now fathers
Ian Watkins has become a dad! H from Steps and his partner Craig Ryder are now the proud fathers of twin boys.
The babies were born via surrogate in the early hours of Sunday morning.
"We are DADS! ???? We are totally & utterly in Love ??! #Twins," Ian tweeted on Monday.
Ian also shared a picture of one of his sons' feet on Twitter.
The couple's happy baby news comes after they'd been trying for a baby for 7 years.
Initially they tried to adopt a child in 2008 but weren't able to progress far enough through the lengthy adoption process.
They then tried the surrogate route but were distraught when their surrogate suffered a miscarriage in 2012. Ian described being told that their baby's heart had stopped beating as "the worst moment of my life".
The couple then announced they were expecting twins in December with a sweet cartoon.
Congratulations both!
