A building company in Norfolk is now selling children’s playhouses for a massive £150,000, the same cost that could buy a three-bedroom house in some parts of the country.

After being turned down by Dragon’s Den, Russell Bowlby founded Flights Of Fantasy building company 20 years after he designed his first playhouse.

He’s now selling full equipped playhouses worth up to £150,000 to parents, with the houses designed with stone chimneys, bespoke furniture and TV equipment inside.

One lucky family has hit the headlines this week after ordering a playhouse worth £150,000 based on their chalet in the Swiss Alps.

“It’s different and very special, and the finished playhouse is really a work of art as well as a wonderful toy for children,” said Russell.
