5 most embarrassing dads - who just shouldn't...
Forget dad jokes and dad dancing, these fathers having taken embarrassing their kids to a whole new level...
Protection dad
Most dads are fairly defensive when it comes to attentive boys hanging round their daughters, but we think this dad may have taken it a bit too far!
Aussie Kit Dale made his daughter wear a T-shirt with a picture of himself with the caption: "Stay clear boys...this is my dad!"
Seeing as Kit is a 2-time World Pro Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion, he doesn't look like someone you'd want to mess with! The photo was shared on Facebook and has now been liked more than 370,000 times and shared more than 45,000 times.
"Hahahha, smart dad," Kit commented.

Drone dad
Another protective dad, this time from America, decided to follow his 8-year-old daughter with a drone when she asked if she could walk to school alone. Chris Early from Knoxville, Tennessee, used the drone to hover above his daughter and send back live video footage so he could make sure she got to school safely.
"It was just kind of a thing, just to kinda keep an eye on, just to make sure she was looking both ways," Chris told ABC News. "Let her know that daddy is always watching."
The story prompted Time Magazine to hail him the "world's most embarrassing dad". Certainly brings new meaning to the term 'helicopter parenting'!
Kingdom dad
Most of us help our daughters become princesses or help our sons become princes by giving them a makeshift crown, robe or sparkly clothes to wear. But one American dad went a step further and 'claimed' an uninhabited East African piece of land (or kingdom as he's calling it) so that his 7-year-old daughter could be a real princess.
After weeks of research, he discovered Bir Tawil – 800 square miles of desert territory that falls between the borders of Egypt and Sudan. Then he caught a flight to Egypt and then travelled 14 hours in a caravan to plant the flag – designed by his children – on the soil of Bir Tawil.
We're sure his kids think he's cool now, but what about when they're 16?

Costume dad
If teenagers think being dropped off at the school gates is cringeworthy then they should spare a thought for the son of Dale Price – who wore a different fancy dress costume every term day as he waved off his son, Rain, on the school bus.
The stay-at-home father has used 170 different outfits including Wonder Woman and a mermaid, and even shares them on his blog.
Dale and his wife, Rochelle, first waved off their 16-year-old son to embarrass him when the school bus stopped outside their house - but dressed in normal clothes. When Dale overheard Rain saying, "Mum, don't let dad go out there again," he took it as a challenge. The next day Dale waved him off wearing a San Diego Chargers American football kit.
"When he did it I was in shock," said Rain. "You don't want to see your dad dressing up in a wedding dress, waving at you on the bus."
But Dale still thinks it's funny."I hope this lives with him for the rest of his life."

Celeb dad
You'd think having David Beckham as a dad would be pretty cool, but actually he qualifies several times over as an embarrassing dad...
Who's cooler?
Recently, 16-year-old Brooklyn Beckham took to Instagram to celebrate reaching 1 million followers, only for his dad David to videobomb him. While he's in the middle of sharing with fans his joy at reaching the million milestone, David pokes his head into shot to say: "I've got 52!" (BTW, he means 52 mill, not 52 in total)
After being upstaged by his dad, Brooklyn looks down and mumbles at the camera. "Reached 1 million followers on my mum's birthday. Thank u guys so much #ismydadcoolerthanme."
Shouting 'I love you!'
Before this, David had revealed on Jimmy Kimmel's US TV chat show that Brooklyn makes his dad drop him before they get to school, so Brooklyn's classmates won't see him. Which gave David an embarrassing idea... "He tells me to park him around the corner. After doing it about 5 times on the trot, I'm driving around and he's just walking in his school, and I open the window and I said, 'Brooklyn! I love you!' Obviously it didn't go down very well."
Date? Dad comes too
David recently admitted to his friend James Corden that he had followed Brooklyn on his first date. He confessed that he was under instructions from mum Victoria to take 14-year-old Brooklyn to the restaurant and then sit a few tables away. He recalled saying to Victoria, "Really, you're going to make me do that?" and she said "Yeah, that's the only way I'm going to let him go."'
David ended up sitting 5 tables away, and while Brooklyn may be used to it, poor Harper has it all to come... "By the way, my daughter is four years old," he told James. "When she gets to that age, I will be closer than that!"
