Amanda Holden plays the pregnancy card to keep Britain’s Got Talent role
The cheeky BGT judge suggests she’ll make Simon Cowell godfather to her baby to keep her spot on the reality TV show
Pregnant Amanda Holden, 40, has been playfully suggesting she’s going to make Simon Cowell godfather to her baby to keep her job as one of the Britain’s Got Talent judges.
Thought to be due early in the new year, Amanda recently revealed how knackered pregnancy was making her. But its clearly not dampened her sense of humour as she’s been joking that her job is extra safe while she’s pregnant. “What kind of man would he be to sack a pregnant woman?” the confirmed BGT judge joked in an interview with new! magazine.
Mum-of-one Amanda is firmly keeping her foot in the Britain’s Got Talent door, telling her Twitter followers she’s “doing it inc auditions!” Amanda’s not the only one – her unborn baby is definitely making her presence felt. “Ouch have a foot under my rib and voicing a documentary on the Bee Gees today! Think I may be hitting some high notes involuntarily! Perfect” she tweeted.
Fellow mum-to-be Chantelle Houghton’s also shown she’s not shy of using her bump to get what she wants, revealing she’s packed hubby-to-be Alex Reid off to do all of the house-hunting now that she’s 14 weeks pregnant. Bravo ladies!
