BBC’s Kate Silverton gives birth
TV presenter Kate welcomes her miracle baby and reveals her baby name choices
BBC presenter Kate Silverton has given birth to a baby girl. The TV presenter, who feared she would be unable to have children, fell pregnant naturally after four failed IVF cycles and acupuncture.
Baby Clemency Florence Rose was born on Saturday night, weighing in at 8lb 9oz. “Clemency has big lips and big feet like her mummy,” Kate said.
“Mother and baby are doing very well,” her agent announced in an official statement.
The statement added that, “Mike (Heron, Kate’s husband) and Kate would like to express their thanks to the NHS staff for their help and support in ensuring Kate and Clemency had a natural and as gentle a birth as possible.”
Congratulations!
