David Beckham's sons cheer on Argentina at World Cup Final
David Beckham poses with sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz at Brazil's Maracana stadium in Rio
David Beckham and his sons were at the World Cup Final at the Maracana in Rio last night – and, from the look of their shirts, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz were rooting hard for Argentina.
The Beckham boys must have been disappointed by the Abiceleste's 1-0 defeat to Germany.
It's not clear which team their dad (no football shirts for him) was supporting but, if he's chilled about his sons supporting Argentina, he's obviously not harbouring any grudges from his infamous sending off for kicking Argentina's Diego Simeone during the 1998 World Cup.
Former England player Rio Ferdinand, though, was apparently shocked at the Beckham boys' choice of shirt.
"I can’t believe Beckham has let them wear Argentinian shirts," he said in the BBC studio. "My boys would never be allowed to do that. They’d be in England kit all the way!"
But no matter what the boys are wearing – we just can’t get over how much they’ve grown!
David’s eldest son,15-year-old Brooklyn, is almost as tall as his 5ft 11in dad.
And it seems 11-year-old Romeo and 9-year-old Cruz aren’t that far behind him.
We just love their matching quiffs – they must all be fighting over the mirror every morning!
