Emma Bunton and Argos team up to create baby and children’s fashion
Argos keeps it in the family as Emma’s son, Beau, models her kids’ clothing range 31 years after Emma appeared in Argos ads
Mum-of-two Emma Bunton has created a 99-piece collection of kids’ clothes for Argos, due to launch in January 2012. Targeted at boys and girls from newborn to 10 years, it includes everything from standard t-shirts through to dresses, cardigans and trendy jeans.
This is the first collaboration Emma has done and her musical influences can be seen with guitar prints! Her eldest son Beau influenced the range with skull prints making a big appearance in the collection.
Beau is also going to help model the fashion, which is rather special given Emma modelled for the Argos catalogue herself back in 1980! However, it was an advert for Slumberdown duvets that Emma appeared in.
Emma is well recognised as a hard working and stylish mum. A former Spice Girl, a busy radio DJ on Heart FM’s Breakfast Show and mum to Beau and Tate, Emma certainly knows how to keep herself busy. Emma says she worked hard to make sure the fabric, design, colour and style of the pieces were comfortable, fun and practical as this is what she’s always searching for herself.
