The Desperate Housewives star was joined by Hollywood pals Kerry Washington and Gina Rodriguez for an impromptu bump shoot on the red carpet.
To be fair, if this was how we looked when pregnant, we'd turn every opportunity into a photo shoot, too ?
42-year-old Eva was glowing in a gorgeous baby pink slip dress, with a dainty duster coat to match.
Now, we reckon Eva has hit the 6-month mark in her pregnancy, as she confirmed she was 4 months along on 20 December 2017.
Of course, there's no way to know for sure just by looking at someone's bump. As we all know, they all come in different shapes and sizes, so you'd have fun trying to guess ?
This will be Eva's 1st child, and the 5th child for husband José Bastón.
