Junior Jones, a luxury pushchair brand, has launched its first ever range and we've had a look at its new carbon fibre stroller – the J-Carbon.

The 9.7kg pushchair (with seat unit attached) is built with a carbon fibre frame and comes with a one-hand fold. It can be used from birth to 22kg with the seat unit, but you can also use it as pram with a co-ordinating carrycot that's sold separately.

The J-Carbon is also travel system compatible with a range of Group 0+ car seats, which Junior Jones is yet to confirm.

Junior Jones has said the pushchair will start from £2,000 which will get you the full stroller and raincover. However this may be more depending on which customisable elements you choose which range from fabric colours to wheels, the bumper bar and the back panel.

It's also incorporated its Tru-Ride 2 technology which makes for a smoother ride, according to the brand, thanks to softer PU polymer tyres.

The new range also includes three other strollers that are suitable from birth:

  • J-Spirit: similar to the premium J-Carbon stroller
  • J-Cub: a compact and forward facing city stroller
  • J-Tourer: a lightweight travel stroller that can fit into overhead plane compartments

You can't get your hands on the Junior Jones range yet but you'll be able to pre-order it online by the beginning of October.

If you fancy trying out the J-Carbon we'll have it on our buggy testing at The Baby Show (Friday 18th October to Sunday 20th October), where you'll also have the chance to win one!

Keep an eye on the site where we'll also have a full review coming soon!
