First look at the brand new iCandy Lime pushchair

Something of a cross between the Raspberry and the Orange, the Lime is a lightweight option designed for everyday use.

It's travel system compatible suitable from birth (carrycot included) to 25kg (approx 5+ years), and comes with a lightweight aluminium frame and durable puncture proof tyres.

What are the best new features of the iCandy Lime?

iCandy has integrated its new compact fold system, the TotalFold, into the Lime which allows you to fold the pushchair down without having to remove the seat unit or bumper bar.

There’s also a carry strap included which could come in handy if you’re transporting the pushchair on and off public transport or in and out of a car boot.

Similarly to the Orange, the Lime also comes with a built-in buggy board that can hold up to 20kg - so would be ideal for older siblings and could save on the extra cost of having to buy a double buggy.

What do you get with the iCandy Lime?

For £650 you get a great bundle taking you from birth to 25kg. This includes:

• carrycot
• seat unit
• car seat adaptors
• elevator adaptors
• rain covers for the carrycot and seat unit

At the carrycot stage the elevator adaptors can be used to bring your baby closer to you and once you move over to the seat unit, it allows the pushchair to be used in world facing mode. It's also worth noting that the compact fold system can be used with the seat unit parent or world facing, but is we've found it's easier when it's world facing.
