Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is famous for her dedication to healthy living, and now it seems the actress is adopting the same outlook when it comes to her children.

The Iron Man actress, who’s married to Coldplay front man Chris Martin, has reportedly revealed she only allows 8-year-old daughter Apple, and son Moses, 6, to watch TV in French or Spanish, instead of their first language English.

In an interview with InStyle magazine, the mum-of-two said that Apple was “cross”, reports The Daily Mail.

“I only let them watch TV in French or Spanish”, Gwyneth said.

“When I'm in France, I go to [Boulevard] Beaumarchais and buy all their cartoons,” she added.

The 39-year-old also spoke about her diet, and said being pregnant helped her to ease off slightly with her macrobiotic lifestyle.

“I was very strict for a while, I was macrobiotic for a couple of years, then I got pregnant and just ate ice cream,” she said.

Gwyneth, who recently spoke about whether she will have more children, has also revealed that she encourages her kids get mucky to build up their immune systems.

Phew! Gwyneth sounds as if she’s super-mum! But before you groan, the actress has always been open about motherhood, admitting it can sometimes be a struggle and that she occasionally feels guilty.

So, there is a side to Gwyneth that's a little more down to earth!
