Imogen Thomas's rhyming name for baby girl
The mum has given birth to second daughter – and her name rolls off the tongue
Imogen Thomas has given birth to her second daughter – and given her a pretty, rhyming name. Announcing news of her daughter's birth on Friday, Imogen shared a sweet photo of her baby girl, wearing a floral baby grow.
"Welcome to the world baby girl ? Siera Aleira Horsley. Born at 11.13am this morning - weighing 7LBS1 ? She's perfect ?," Imogen commented.
Siera (also spelled Sierra) is from the Spanish word Serra and is the name of a beautiful mountain range in eastern Spain.
We can't find any set meaning for 'Aleira' but it's very unusual and rhymes perfectly with 'Siera'.
Siera is the 32-year-old's second child with her Australian boyfriend Adam Horsley. The couple already have 2-year-old Ariana.
And while Ariana has now had plenty of time to get used to the idea of being a big sister, Imogen revealed she wasn't that keen initially.
Speaking to New! magazine in the summer, the mum-of-2 said: "She doesn’t really understand. We have a scan photo up on the wall and she looks at it and goes, “Ugh!” But she’s coming round."
Congratulations to the whole family.
