Jarvis Cocker’s mini-me son
Six-year-old Albert attends premiere with look-a-like dad
Strutting down the street with a careless swagger clad in a preppy navy suit jacket, thick rimmed glasses and floppy hair – Arthur Cocker sure is a chip off the old block!
Attending the Fantastic Mr Fox premiere, 6-year-old Albert looked the spitting image of his former Pulp singer dad, Jarvis.
The renowned rebel, who it seems these days is a doting daddy rather than a rock star, wrote several songs for the soundtrack of the animated film, which features George Clooney.
After attending the after-show party at the Saatchi Galleryin London, little Albert was carried out by his dad – although, despite his rock star roots, he wasn’t partied out, just sleepy!
Since his heyday in the 1990’s, 46-year-old Jarvis has been living in Paris with his now ex-wife Camille Bidault-Waddington. The couple are divorcing but Jarvis is remaining in France to stay close to his son.
“Jarvis and Albert have a great relationship. Albert has always looked up to him, he’s a real Daddy’s boy. It’s no surprise that he’s keen to dress like him. He thinks the world of Jarvis,” a source told the Daily Mail.
