Kate Middleton has her baby… not!
US reports insist Kate's been rushed into hospital for a 'dramatic delivery' but what's the truth on the Royal pregnancy?
Kate Middleton's been rushed into hospital for the "dramatic delivery" of her second baby. Or at least she has in the crazy world of US tabloid magazines. On the cover of this week's American OK! magazine, the headline "Kate's dramatic delivery!" is accompanied by a picture of "Big Brother" Prince George apparently arriving at hospital.
The magazine also added salacious details about "Kate's mom goes crazy in waiting room!" and "Family and security team rush to hospital".
The magazine was published on Wednesday 18 March, but funnily enough, that was the same day the Duchess of Cambridge visited the Brookhill Children's Centre in Woolwich. And we can safely say that wearing a black and white polka dot wrap dress, Kate's bump is still in place. Her maternity dress was just £35 from ASOS – but sold out within minutes.
Meanwhile, another US mag, Life & Style, have gone one step further by saying that Kate's had a baby girl. "It's a Girl for Kate! Delivery room drama," their cover line reads and says Kate suffered a "last-minute C-section scare" and banned a family member from the hospital after "blowup".
While the exact due date of the royal baby hasn't been announced, the Duchess said on Wednesday that she's due to give birth in mid-to-late April. So there's still plenty of time for more crazy stories to circulate. We hope Kate's just taking it all in her stride and having a good laugh at the false stories!
