Khloe Kardashian reveals new plan to get pregnant
Khloe Kardashian decides to ditch fertility medications and change her diet to get into a greater and healthier shape for conception
Khloe Kardashian, 29, has wanted to get pregnant with husband, Lamar Odom, 33, since they married in September 2009. Now the pressure is on more then ever, since her two older sisters, Kim, 32, and Kourtney, 34, both have children. Khloe has reportedly tried a number of methods, such as hormone injections, without success, so now she’s decided to try a different method.
Khloe’s new plan is to get into great shape to conceive. She’s exercising regularly and changing her eating habits to organic foods. Her efforts are apparently already having an effect as she’s reportedly lost 30 pounds.
A friend of Khloe Kardashian told Life & Style magazine, “People say you can get pregnant when you’re not even thinking about it and when you’re healthy and in a good place. So she’s taking that advice and just going for it.”
Certain foods that can help to boost your fertility include, parsley, fruit and sunflower seeds. Garlic, asparagus, as well as pomegranate, all contain many vitamins, which also can help fertility.
A trying-to-conceive parent’s poll, by ShareMyPlaylists, found out that 55% of couples see music as a vital part of love making, with 77% saying that it helps to create the baby-making mood. Top song was, Adele – ‘Someone Like You’ then Kings of Leon – ‘Sex On Fire.’
Developing a healthy exercise plan is also known to improve fertility. Nahid de Belgeonne, owner of the Goodvibes fitness explains, “Getting fit pre-pregnancy means that you can more easily deal with the stress that pregnancy puts on the body.” Nahid also suggests, “For an ideal exercise regime you should include cardiovascular exercise for at least 40 minutes three times a week.”
