Kym Marsh pregnant again after premature birth sadness
Coronation Street star "delighted" to be expecting her second baby with Hollyoaks actor fiance
After opening up about her devastating loss of baby son Archie who was born 18 weeks premature last February, Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh finally has something to smile about - she is pregnant again.
The mum-of-two has had her 12-week scan and confirmed hers and fiance Jamie Lomas' happy news today via a Coronation Street representative. "Kym Marsh and Jamie Lomas are delighted to announce they are expecting a baby together," the spokeswoman said. "They are very appreciative of the love and support that has come their way in the last 12 months. but they won't be saying anything further about Kym's pregnancy for the moment."
Kym, 34, who is already mum to David, 15, and Emily, 13, from her previous relationship with Dave Cunliffe, has been outspoken about her heartbreak of losing her premature son. However, the couple are understandably keeping the news low profile for the time being.
"They've had a tough time since losing Archie but their relationship is stronger than ever now. Obviously she was anxious about it but she's seen doctors and they've reassured her everything is fine," a source told The Sun.
Congratulations!
