Lidl’s dazzling Freeway cola truck is back for the holiday season, and this year it’s even bigger and better, with nine new stops added to its UK-wide tour.

Running until December 22nd, the tour features a giant 15-tonne red truck that has become a festive staple for Lidl fans... and may remind you of another certain cola brand's truck (merely coincidentally, we're sure!)
This year, the tour stops at nine stores across Great Britain, giving more families the chance to experience the magic.
What to expect at the Lidl cola truck events
At every stop, visitors are treated to a pop-up winter wonderland full of surprises. Kids will love stepping into Lidl’s Magical Wish-mas Booth, where they can make a Christmas wish to share with friends and family. Parents, meanwhile, can enjoy the festive food tastings, with seasonal favourites like panettone, snowmallows, and non-alcoholic mulled wine on offer.
The first 250 visitors at each stop will also have the chance to grab one of Lidl’s Middle Aisle present boxes, brimming with exciting goodies. And here’s the extra special twist: one in ten boxes contains a £100 golden ticket to spend on Christmas shopping at Lidl, adding an extra sparkle to the experience.
Marketing Director Joanna Gomer explains, "We love nothing more than spreading Christmas cheer to the communities we serve, and to see over 10,000 people visit and enjoy the experience made extending the tour an absolute must."
