Loom bands: new craft ideas

Flowers

1. Twist a pink band around the hook three times
2. Hook two pink bands on hook and slide the loop made in the step above onto these bands
3. Then hook the ends of these bands onto the hook
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3
5. Repeat steps 1-4 four more times
6. Hook a yellow band onto the hook and slide all of the other loops on the hook onto the yellow band
7. Hook the end of the yellow band onto the hook
8. Pull the end of the band furthest from the hook over the top of the other end and off of the hook
9. Pull the end of the loop left on the hook tight, twist it and wrap it around the centre of the flower
10. Using another yellow band, wrap it around the centre of the flower three times

Notebook loop

1. Hook a yellow band onto a fork prong
2. Twist this band and hook it onto the next prong
3. Repeat step 2 two more times
4. Repeat steps 1-3 with a purple band
5. Using the hook tool, pull the yellow loops over the purple loops and over the top of the prongs
6. Repeat steps 1-3 with a green band
7. Repeat step 5 with the colours now on the fork
8. Repeat steps 1-3 with a blue band
9. Repeat step 7
10. Repeat steps 1-3 with a yellow band
11. Repeat step 7
12. Repeat steps 4-11 as many times as necessary
13. Attach one clip to both ends of the elastic
