Cara and Nathan's Love Island relationship
In 2016, model/circus performer Cara, from Kent, and carpenter Nathan, from Essex, were both contestants in the ITV summer reality series Love Island.
They were 'coupled up' as per the island's rules from the very first day, and (unlike many other couples) stuck together throughout the series, falling in love, and eventually going on to be crowned the winners of the show.
A plot twist saw Cara decide whether she wanted to keep the £50k prize money for herself, or share it with Nathan. Of course, she picked the latter!
Cara's 1st pregnancy
In April 2017, the couple announced they'd decided to split, but in May 2017, Cara revealed that she was pregnant with Nathan's baby.
She'd only found out the happy - if somewhat shocking - news during a procedure at her docs to remove pre-cancerous cells from her cervix.
"They have to check if you're pregnant first, but I said to the doctor: 'I don't think there's any need for that!' They did it anyway and a nurse came back and said: 'You're pregnant!'" she told OK! at the time.
"I was with my mum and we just looked at each other in complete shock. I went in for one thing and came out expecting a baby."
Both Nathan and Cara were keen to stress they had no plans to reunite for the baby's sake, with Cara saying:
"We're still good friends. He's going to be there for the baby and I'm making him aware of all the midwife appointments and scans, so he's in the loop and so's his mum."
"I know a lot of people will think, well you're going to have a baby together so just stay together - but we're not going to do that just to look like the perfect couple."
In August 2017, Cara had her 20-week scan.
She and Nathan shared, again to OK!, that they were expecting a baby boy.
Dicussing their baby name preferences, Nathan confessed his love for traditional names like Alfie and Archie, while Cara joked: "I think he [the baby] was conceived in Iceland – we should call him Reykjavik."
In September 2017, Cara revealed that she and Nathan were 'dating again' - taking things slow. In November 2017, Nathan and Cara shared with the world that they'd decided to get back together.
Here's a scan from the final month of her pregnancy...
Freddie-Georgie De La Hoyde Massey
On 13 December 2017, Cara gave birth to a baby boy, who they named Freddie-George.
Freddie-George's surname is De La Hoyde-Massey, after both mum and dad. Mum Cara has nicknamed him 'Fred'.
Cara's labour was captured by Nathan on Instagram - with a cheeky, grinning selfie while Cara looks rather busy in the background.
The couple seem to have several prams for baby Fred: the Mima Xari, and the Bebecar Ip-Op Evolution.
We've seen a few pics of the tot on the couple's Instagram. Check out their family album, below...
