Mum-to-be told to pay for being sick on bus
Pregnant mum given £5 fine for puking
A mum-to-be suffering morning sickness was slapped with a £5 fine for being sick on a crowded bus, despite offering to clean up the mess herself.
18- Year-old Naomi Ray was traveling on a Stagecoach bus in Paignton when she felt ill, but couldn’t get to the bus doors in time to get out as it was so busy. Despite offering to clean up the mess, the driver of the bus demanded a £5 fine for the trouble.
After the driver got everybody off the bus to clean it up, Naomi was too upset to continue her journey, and caught the train home instead.
Stagecoach has now launched an investigation into the incident
