Myleene Klass and children - family facts

Myleene and Simon Moston's children:

Myleene gave birth to a baby boy, her first with partner Simon Moston, on 1 August 2019. The name is yet to be revealed: we'll add it here as soon as we know.

2006 - 2009

If ever there were a master of multi-tasking, Myleene Klass would be it! The super busy mum-of-2 first found fame after appearing on the reality singing competition show, Popstars.

Dipping her toes into the reality TV world once again, Myleene jetted off to the Australian jungle to take part in the popular show, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! in 2006. Myleene won the public over and came in at 2nd place.

It was the day when Myleene returned from the jungle that Myleene and her fiancé and partner of 10 years, Graham Quinn, conceived their 1st baby together.

"Gray and I had just one hour to spend together from the time I left the jungle to when I had to start work again — and we were determined to use it properly!" The passionate reunion resulted in Myleene falling pregnant with a girl.

During Myleene's pregnancy, Myleene continued her role as CNN's The Screening Room presenter, recording her Myleene's Music for Romance album as well as presenting The One Show.

Myleene even showed off her pregnancy curves by 'doing a Demi Moore' and posed naked on the front of Glamour magazine - while she was 6 months pregnant. She also posed in her famous white bikini during the early stages of pregnancy for Marks and Spencer.

Myleene admitted that she gained 4 stone during her pregnancy, but wasn't going to fall into the trap of shedding her baby weight in record time, like so many other celeb mums. "It's genuinely farthest from my mind," Myleene admitted at the time.

Myleene went into labour on 16 August 2007 after presenting The One Show. She felt unwell just after filming the show and went to the hospital for a check-up only to be told she was in labour!

Her 5lb 9oz baby girl Ava Bailey arrived 3 and a half weeks early and was born at the Lindo Wing of the St. Mary's Hospital in London. The first pictures of Ava were shown exclusively to viewers on The One Show, a week after she was born.

While Myleene was pregnant, she began to keep a pregnancy diary which was immortalised into a book, My Bump and Me. The book was released in 2008 and was written for all new mums.

"If you are a woman who has become someone she can hardly recognise, who has cried over the nursery curtains being the wrong colour, or because your partner forgot to put a kiss at the end of his text message, this book is for you," Myleene said at the time.

Also around this time, Myleene was asked by Mothercare to launch her own baby clothing range called Baby K. This hugely successful partnership started off with clothing and later branched into baby products like high chairs, feeding equipment and baby gyms. It's believed that Myleene's Baby K range saw Mothercare's sales soar by 10%.

Besides being a busy mum, Myleene has managed to squeeze in glamorous presenting stints in the US as well as Cannes festival - all with little Ava by her side!

However, Myleene admitted that it wasn't all smooth sailing, especially when Ava ruined P Diddy's sofa!

"Ava came over all diva-ish and party girl and squashed strawberries into his white sofa. I got out the wet wipes - but I couldn't get the stain off. So I hid it with a big leopard skin cushion!" Myleene said at the time.

Ava also got to mingle with a host of celebrities while her mum was globe-trotting! Ava has hung out with Angelina Jolie and Leona Lewis, has the run of Simon Cowell's mansion and gets Spanish lessons from Enrique Iglesias. "And she sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to Andrew Lloyd Webber," admitted Myleene.

2010 - 2013

Myleene came under fire in 2010 when it was revealed that she brandished a knife at intruders who were peering into her window late at night. She said at the time that she was terrified about her daughter's safety. Myleene was cautioned by the police for waving 'an offensive weapon' inside her home.

Around the time that Myleene was tipped to become the new presenter for the The One Show, that rumours began that Myleene was trying to conceive baby no.2. Myleene took part in a midwife challenge for This Morning and it was there that she admitted to feeling broody...

In September 2010, Myleene announced that she was pregnant with her 2nd child on Twitter. After admitting that she had suffered from terrible morning sickness during the early stages, she also revealed that she feared that she might not of been able to conceive after trying for a baby for 18 months.

Once the morning sickness period was over, Myleene embraced her pregnancy, regularly making glamorous red carpet appearances. Nearer to the due date, Myleene started to talk about baby name choices but insisted that she wasn't going to opt for a quirky 'celebrity baby' name.

Myleene revealed that she gained 3 and a half stone during her 2nd pregnancy and that she had started to "feel like a tank". However, that didn't stop her looking gorgeous at various celebrity events. She proved to us mere mortals that she's just like the rest of us with the same pregnant bad-days...

Myleene announced that she was expecting another girl to join eldest daughter Ava. She made a plaster cast of her burgeoning bump and on 26 March 2011 at 5.02pm, Myleene gave birth to her 2nd daughter named Hero Harper, who weighed 6lb 2oz.

Myleene defended her name choice against criticism, saying she was inspired by the character from William Shakespeare's play, Much Ado About Nothing.

Instead of a lucrative magazine deal, Myleene decided to show off her new arrival for the 1st time on Twitter. She was spotted out 2 weeks later (on her birthday) with her 2 girls looking stunning.

In 2011, Myleene married long-term partner Graham.

6 months after their wedding, Myleene and Graham Quinn split and officially divorced in 2013.

2014 -2019

Now her girls are older, Myleene's Mothercare range has evolved into MyK - for young children, not just babies.

Myleene announced in February she was pregnant and having her first child with partner Simon Motson, who has 2 children of his own.

She gave birth to a baby boy on 1 August and shared a cute 'hands' pic on Instagram. We'll let you know the name as soon as it's revealed!
