Parents do baby's gender reveal with fireworks (yes, really)
Will the explosion be pink or blue?
We're used to gender reveals being done with cakes or balloons.
Originally an American phenomenon, at a gender reveal party, the expectant parents reveal the sex of their baby – usually with the help of a cake or balloons – creating an exciting moment to share with family and friends.
But this American couple have really taken it to the next level – by using fireworks instead of icing.
Monica and Graham Driscoll are expecting their second baby and decided to announce their baby's sex to family and friends using pink (or blue?) fireworks.
"We’re going to find out if we’re having a baby boy or a girl with a very interesting means. We’re going to take a page out of the Acme playbook," the dad-to-be said, sharing the video on YouTube.
In the video, the family counts down before pushing a plunger – and firing fireworks into the sky.
But what are they having?
