Peppa Pig launches Duplo sets in LEGO® Stores – and we went along to meet her!

It's a dream come true for all fans of Peppa Pig – in celebration of the much-loved pig's 20th anniversary, LEGO® have created four Peppa Pig DUPLO sets that are guaranteed to be a big hit with toddlers and preschoolers this Christmas and beyond.
We took one such fan, three-year-old Margot, along to meet a life-sized Peppa at one of the launch events at the LEGO® Store in Brighton and this is what she thought...
Welly boots at the ready! On a rainy Sunday in September, we splished, splashed and sploshed our way to the LEGO® Store in Brighton to meet "the real Peppa" with a very excited three-year-old.
Margot skipped up to the entrance but was a little nervous of the rather large Peppa. However, a little encouragement from the LEGO® Store team and she was high-fiving Peppa within minutes.
Once she'd met the real deal it was time to discover the rest of the delights on offer in the store, including picking out her favourite of the four DUPLO sets.

The new Peppa Pig sets reflect some of the most popular stories from the series and include a Garden and Tree House, a Boat Trip, a Birthday House, and a Supermarket and range in price from £17.99 to £59.99.

Inside the store, there was a try-before-you-buy play zone dedicated to the DUPLO Peppa launch that was extremely popular with both kids and parents who wanted to browse and keep kids entertained.

Margot's favourite? The Peppa Pig supermarket which features the whole family – Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig, Peppa Pig and George – as well as the car, food items and an easy-to-build shop.
