Former Catatonia front woman Cerys Matthews and American actress Sarah Chalke announce their bumps
Cerys Matthews, 40, best known for her indie-rock chick persona in the 90s band Catatonia and her appearance on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in 2007, is expecting her first child with fiancée Steve Abbott.
Already four months pregnant, the happy couple decided to keep their news a secret in case of any complications. However, now they’re happy to announce their impending arrival.
This is Cery’s third child, who will be a little brother or sister to Glenys Pearl y-Felin, 5, and Johnny Tupelo Jones, 3, both from her previous marriage.
Across the pond, Sarah Chalke, actress in US hit show Scrubs is expecting her first child with fiancée Jamie Afifi. Sarah and the dad-to-be got engaged in December 2006, and their baby is due this winter.
