Pregnant Katie Price: 'I'm practically a stay-at-home mum'
Mum-of-4 says she's about to let her nanny go to spend more time looking after Harvey
Katie Price has revealed she’s planning to let her nanny go to take over the full-time care of her disabled son Harvey.
The 12-year-old was born with a range of disabilities including blindness, autism, ADHD and genetic disorder Prader-Willi syndrome.
The mum-of-4 gave birth to her baby Jett 10 months ago and is now pregnant with her fifth child.
Despite having her hands full, Katie has apparently let her nanny go so she can care for Harvey on her own, according to OK! Online.
"Having a child with disabilities is hard work and I would not change it for anything," said 36-year-old Katie. "Harvey has so much medication each day and if he doesn't, he'd die basically.”
"Harvey can board at his school but I like him to come home," Katie explained. "He's going on a two-week school holiday soon and I feel so guilty, but he went camping last week and he absolutely loved it.”
Talking on her latest show on Fubar radio, Katie said that she already spends most of her time at home.
"I would say I'm practically a stay at home mum – I'm actually quite a recluse," she said. "My friends keep saying 'you need to get out more!'"
