She may be seven months pregnant but Tess Daly still managed to look stunning on the Baftas red carpet earlier this week in a flattering blue maternity dress.

The television star proved to pregnant women everywhere that a baby bump doesn’t have to mean frumpy frocks, donning a Philip Lim minidress with ruffles that cleverly hid her growing belly.

She accessorised with hoop earrings and a chunky gold bangle, completing the outfit with a pair of sexy, strappy, stilettos.

Philip Lim is a popular designer in Tinseltown with the likes of Lucy Liu and Kate Bosworth both donning minidresses created by him in the past.

Meanwhile, Daly’s husband Vernon Kay has revealed she is determined to have a natural birth after having a Caesarean last time.

The Family Fortunes presenter said: “We've got all the books and looked at lots of pictures of ladies squatting.”

He added: "She's the best looking pregnant woman in the world. Her skin is so beautiful right now and everything's gone great so far.”
