The 28-year-old is expecting a baby girl in November and says she’s already got the "penguin waddle".

"OK, overnight my bump has grown and the penguin waddle is in full motion!" she posted next to a selfie of her baby bump.

"I can't even tie my shoes and I hate everyone today. Help me sweet jesus. Let me be nice becky again. I don't like these hormones, amen!!" she added.

The X Factor runner-up revealed at the time of her 20-week scan that she’ll name her baby Arabella.

And she also revealed her love/hate relationship with pregnancy.

"You know those women who love being pregnant and look fabulous all the way though? Well, I’m not one of them," she told the Liverpool Echo. "I love babies and I love children but I really struggle when I’m pregnant. I feel so sick and so uncomfortable. I just can’t wait for her to be born."

The singer has continued to perform throughout her pregnancy but now admits it’s finally time to slow down.

"Learning to listen to my body ... body is saying slow down," she tweeted.
