Richard Branson's a granddad of 3 – in just 2 months!
The Virgin mogul has gone from 0-3 grandkids since December
Richard Branson's had 3 grandchildren in just 2 months! The Virgin founder's son Sam has become a father for the 1st time last week, with his wife Isabella Calthorpe giving birth to daughter Eva-Deia Branson on 19 February. Eva-Deia joins December-born twins Etta and Archie in the ever-growing gaggle of Richard's grandchildren.
"Joan & I are luckiest grandparents alive – 3 beautiful, healthy grandkids in 2 months!" the new granddad tweeted.
"It was a magical moment watching Bellie and Sam welcome their child into the world; I’ve never seen them look happier and Sam was jumping for joy," Richard wrote on his website. "They decided to name the baby after Sam’s grandmother Eve, and one of the most beautiful villages in the world, Deia in Majorca."
Richard became a grandparent for the first time in December when his daughter Holly gave birth to her twins - a baby girl Etta and baby boy Artie.
"Very soon, the proud parents were able to bring Eva-Deia home to meet her cousins, Holly and Freddie’s twins Etta and Artie," Richard added.
It looks like the Branson family will have a lovely year ahead as all those babies grow up together!
