Which celeb has just made an uber cute baby announcement?
Katherine Jenkins has revealed she is to be a mum - and that she's having a baby girl!
As sweet and artistic baby announcements go, you can't get much better than Katherine Jenkins' Instagram upload yesterday! The Welsh opera star placed a pair of tiny pink baby ballet shoes on top of a framed black and white pic of her and husband Andrew Levitas on their wedding day, and wrote:
'Couldn't be more excited to meet our little girl! #MummyToBe #DaddyToBe #ArtProject #Collaboration #Family @andrewlevitas'.
Katherine, 34, has made no secret of the fact she wants a family, and her happy news comes just 7 months since she walked up the aisle (see, very keen!).
Last year, she told reporters that having children was all she cared about and that it was 'on the list of priorities'. She also said that her sister Laura becoming a mum had made her feel more broody than ever, and that she too wanted to experience the 'natural maternal instinct' she felt her sis had.
"I really want children," she said at the time. "The next question is 'How will I make the family dream happen?' I'm looking forward to that and I think it will be a challenge. I want to be able to put my children first."
Well it certainly seems she has now worked out how to make it happen! Congrats Katherine and Andrew - we can't wait to see the first snaps of your baby girl. But will her daughter be able to sing? Now there's a question...
